What is Forever Wedding?
Forever Wedding is a live photo sharing tool for weddings. Guests scan a QR code and upload photos from their phone browser, with no app and no account. The photos appear live on a big screen at the venue and are saved in the couple's private album, with a ZIP download and a highlight film on Basic and Premium.
How do guests share photos at the wedding?
Guests scan a QR code you place on the tables, cards or menus. It opens a web page in their phone's browser where they can take or upload photos straight away. Every photo lands in your shared album and appears live on the big screen within seconds.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Everything works in the browser after scanning the QR code. There is no app to install and no account to create, which is why even the least technical family members join in.
Why not use a Google Drive folder or a WhatsApp group?
A shared folder or group chat can work for a small group, but guests often need an app, a sign in or an invite first, WhatsApp compresses photos and none of them show photos live on a screen. A QR code that opens an upload page in the browser removes those steps, so more guests take part.
How does the live photo wall on the big screen work?
You open the live wall link on any screen, projector or TV that is connected to the internet. As guests upload, their photos appear on the wall within seconds with the name of the guest who took them, so the reception screen becomes a living picture of the evening.
What does it cost?
Forever Wedding is free for up to 50 photos, so you can try the concept at no cost. Basic is a one time payment of €39 per wedding and adds unlimited photos, HD uploads, the highlight film and the ZIP download. Premium is a one time payment of €79 and adds three years of gallery access, a film without length limit and priority support. There is no subscription and no cost per photo. Prices include VAT.
How long are the photos available and how do I download them all?
On Free your gallery stays online for 7 days. Basic keeps it for 1 year and Premium for 3 years. On Basic and Premium you download every photo at once as a single ZIP file from your dashboard, so there is no need to save images one by one.
Does it work without wifi at the venue?
Guests upload over their own mobile data, so no venue wifi is needed to take and share photos. The screen with the live wall does need its own internet connection to show new photos; a phone hotspot or the venue's wifi is enough.
